Ardmac, the leading international construction specialist based in Swords Co Dublin, has announced the appointment of Yvonne O’Sullivan as Head of Talent and Development. Ardmac employs over 300 people based across Dublin, Manchester and Brussels and provides specialist construction services to the commercial fit out, life sciences and Data Centre sectors.
In this new role for Ardmac, Yvonne is responsible for the implementation of the talent and employee engagement agenda at the company. This new role will support Ardmac’s objective to be the workplace of choice within the specialist construction industry.
Yvonne brings with her over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources professional. A native of Kildare, Yvonne joins Ardmac from her role as Human Resources Director at LEO Pharma and prior to that, Yvonne was Human Resources Director at Diageo Ireland.
