    A key objective of this training is to equip participants with high quality customer care skills while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

    It is anticipated that the delegates will come from a range of backgrounds with different levels of experiences including those working on a part-time or seasonal capacity.

    Training Objectives:


    Understand and apply the core principles of excellence in customer service
    Understand and build a strong pride in their role
    Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
    Avoid common pitfalls and bugbears
    Handle challenges of their role, including complaints and difficult situations, in a confident and professional way
    Identify opportunities to up-sell and gain confidence in sales skills
