SMARTER Goals Set goals the SMARTER Way (template provided) and bring clarity and motivation to your busines plan. Align your team’s performance to the business plan. Maintain motivation levels, benchmark progress, and ensure everyone stays on track.
Talent Support
Build a Talent Support culture that impacts the performance of your team and is aligned to your company’s business strategy. Understand the challenges facing people when working remotely and how this impacts performance levels. Hold monthly meaningful performance conversations that are future based and build trust by focusing on outputs, empowerment, and autonomy.
Feed forward Culture
Create a positive feedforward culture that promotes transparency and accountability for performance. Build trust and individual responsibility. Use the BEST Feedforward template for giving meaningful feedback.
