• Business Excellence & CSR Awards

It's time to honour, recognise and reward the success of the business community in the Fingal Dublin region.

The awards appeal to business people who feel that they are working smarter than their competitors and want to create a business edge by promoting excellence in the quality of their products, services and customer experience. Winning one of these awards raises a person or company’s profile, enhances their reputation and helps in attracting new business.

We wish to thank our sponsors, particularly the main sponsor, Fingal County Council, for their support and commitment to making these Awards a very special and prestigious event.

This year a record number of entries have been received and the quality of the applications has also improved. The full list of finalists is available below.

We look forward to seeing you at the Gala Awards Presentation Night on the 15th of November in the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport.

    Assessment of Entries

Insight6, the customer experience specialists, will carry out the measurement and adjudication of the Fingal Business Excellence & CSR Awards 2019 on behalf of Fingal Dublin Chamber. A number of key performance indicators have been created for each award and these will be measured using a combination of mystery shopping visits, mystery phone calls and judging panels of independent experts.

A shortlist of finalists for each award will be selected to go forward to the finals at the Gala Awards Presentation Evening. All shortlisted finalists must attend the event to be eligible to win an Award. Finalists will receive a feedback report from the judges.
