• Business Excellence & CSR Awards

Fingal Dublin Chamber organises the Awards each year to create awareness of, and highlight business excellence across all business sectors, private, public and charity. Entry to the Awards is free and is open to all businesses/organisations including non-members of the Chamber.

Winning one of these Awards will raise a company’s profile, enhance their reputation and help to attract new business. In addition, this year the Chamber is adding more value, as all shortlisted entrants will receive feedback on their submission from the panel of expert independent judges, while shortlisted finalists in the Customer Experience Excellence Awards category will receive access to their detailed mystery shop results.

The event is sponsored by Fingal County Council and hosted by RTÉ’s Marty Whelan and starts with a Drinks Reception at 6:30pm followed by Dinner and the Presentation of Awards at 7:00pm.

Tickets for this prestigious event can be booked in advance and cost €140 (incl. VAT) per person. Tables of ten/twelve can also be booked to invite clients or colleagues along for what is always a special night of celebration for the business community.

Tickets go on sale on 15 October and can be booked via the Chamber website (link).

  • Assessment of Entries

Insight6, the customer experience specialists, will carry out the measurement and adjudication of the Fingal Business Excellence & CSR Awards 2018 on behalf of Fingal Dublin Chamber. A number of key performance indicators have been created for each award and these will be measured using a combination of mystery shopping visits, mystery phone calls and judging panels of independent experts.

A shortlist of finalists for each award will be selected to go forward to the finals at the Gala Awards Presentation Evening. All shortlisted finalists must attend the event to be eligible to win an Award. Shortlisted finalists will receive a feedback report from the judges.

  • Terms and Conditions

All entries must be received by the closing date of 5pm on Friday, 28 September 2018.

Applications must be submitted via the Chamber website. Please note that additional pages and supporting documents may also be uploaded.

Each entrant can enter up to three categories.

Entries to an award which are deemed to be misaligned may be moved to a more appropriate category.

Once an entrant is announced as a shortlisted finalist, they cannot withdraw from the competition.

Shortlisted finalists must be present at the Gala Awards Presentation Evening in order to be eligible to receive an Award.

The judges’ decision will be final.
