The Chamber

The Fingal Dublin Chamber of Commerce seeks to create, maintain and promote a vital, thriving business climate throughout the Fingal region and to initiate and support the civic, educational, recreational and economic well-being of the Fingal area.

Chambers of Commerce generally reflects the culture of the communities and member businesses they serve. I think many if not most of our membership seek collaboration and connection. On a basic level a chamber brings business people together for networking opportunities and social engagement.

The chamber's role is not to be adversarial as a means to create business success for its members. We are primarily a convener of ideas and people. Our role is to create access and opportunity for all of our members whenever we can. We do that, again by bringing people and organizations together to work towards mutual success.

Over the past several years, the chamber staff and leadership helped create an organization that is important to the Fingal region. Most crucially over the past few years, we've played a key role in developing a strong relationship with Fingal County Council, Dublin Airport Authority etc.

It's my belief that the strong foundations which the chamber has helped build in the last few years will be the key to finding solutions to our economic difficulties.

And that is what we're good at, and why you'll find us in the middle of, and influencing, all conversations about the Fingal region.
