CHAMBER HR

Fingal Dublin Chamber provides a low-cost human resources management service for businesses through Chambers Ireland and in partnership with Peninsula Business Services the largest employment law consultancy in Ireland which has offices in both Dublin and Manchester. 

The Chamber HR service offers employers 24 hour access to experts on employment and human resources legislation who will provide interpretations of the law and advice on human resources management.  The service also provides indemnity against the legal and award costs associated with pursuing a claim in the Labour Relations Commission or Employment Appeals Tribunal.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME

Fingal Dublin Chamber provides a Business Development Programme in partnership with Hosca Management Consultants. The feedback from the current training modules has been excellent. The new schedule will be at the same standard and the Chamber looks forward to ensuring that more companies in Fingal avail of this service.  We are one of the fastest growing areas in the country, it is vitally important that our people get the best in training and development to ensure our continuing, economic prosperity.

A number of the companies who are currently using the Chamber’s Business Development Programme are interested in Excellence Through People (ETP) and are using many of the modules on offer as part of their company’s training plan.  The Chamber supports this programme through ETP Seminars run in conjunction with Fás.

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION SERVICES
Fingal Dublin Chamber is officially registered by the Department of Trade & Employment and Chambers Ireland to issue and certify export documentation such as Certificates of Origin ( EU Certs & Arab-Irish Certs), invoices, company documents and additional documentation.  

Why are Certificates of Origin required?
To meet foreign customs requirements in the importing state
As required by a Customer (consignee)
To meet 'quota' requirements imposed by the importing country
To comply with banking requirements / letters of credit
For other official and commercial reasons 

Certificates of Origin
A Certificate of Origin is a document required to confirm that goods in a particular export shipment are wholly obtained, produced, manufactured or processed in a particular country (country of origin).  A Certificate of Origin facilitates the movement of goods/shipments through customs. Fees for the Certificates are as follows:

EU Certs

€22.00 + VAT @ 21.5% where applicable

Arab-Irish Certs  

€22.00 + VAT @ 21.5% where applicable
