There are fifteen awards this year and they are listed below. Entry is free and the Awards are open to all businesses/organisations, both big and small, in the Fingal Region whether in the retail, manufacturing, services or tourism/hospitality sectors.  Companies can enter up to three categories but must fill out a separate entry form for each entry. Closing date for applications is Wednesday 30th April 2008, with all written submissions (where required) to follow by Wednesday 7th May 2008.

The Chamber’s media sponsorship programme with the Fingal Independent guarantees that all entrants and Award Winners will be promoted in the leading local newspaper. Spotcheck, the mystery shopping and business measurement-services company, will carry out the judging and will shortlist entries under each award to go forward to the final. All short listed entries will be contacted directly. The winners will be announced at the prestigious black-tie Gala Awards Presentation Evening sponsored by Fingal County Council and hosted by RTE’s Marty Whelan on Thursday 29th May 2008 in the award winning Crowne Plaza Dublin Northwood. 

The Fingal Business Awards provide an important opportunity for the business community to come together in a spirit of vibrancy and optimism and to promote themselves and their staff by entering the various award categories.
