Fingal
is the fastest growing region in the country with
over 10% of all new residences being built in
the county. The Outstanding Residential Development
Award will be awarded to the best designed and
constructed residential development in the region
in the past two years. Judges will be looking
for a residential community that has had a positive
effect on the area. The winning development will
have attractive, well-designed residences, communal
areas and access points and will be empathetic
to the surrounding area. This category will be
judged by a panel of independent judges who will
measure:
- Architectural design and Sustainability
- Landscaping & Communal areas
- Layout and access points
- Use of materials, textures and colour
- Overall Ambience
- Empathy with the surrounding area
- Improvement to the existing area
Entrants for this award are required to provide
a written submission outlining the answers to
a number of questions and include any plans/ photographs
and other supplementary information to give the
judges a clear understanding of what makes your
development deserve a Fingal Dublin Chamber Business
award.
