licensed premises. The judges will be looking
for premises with appealing décor and ambience
that offers a comfortable environment suitable
to their target market clientele. The winner will
be a drinking establishment providing a wide range
of products in a pleasant environment with particular
regard for the customer.

who will be looking at:

- Décor and Layout of the Interior
- Ambience of the Premises
- Customer Care
- Services
- Range of Products Available
- Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Entertainment
- Appropriate Levels of Security
