Outstanding Business Park Development Award

Buildings and their surrounding grounds will be judged for this category. The winning premise will have attractive, well-designed and maintained buildings, surrounding areas and access points. This category will be judged by a panel of independent judges who will measure:

  • Exterior Design
  • Maintenance
  • Landscaping
  • Layout and Quality of Fixtures and Fittings
  • Use of materials
  • Use of textures and colour
  • The Overall Ambience of the external environment
  • Empathy with the surrounding area

Entrants for this award are required to provide a written submission outlining the answers to a number of questions and include any plans/ photographs and other supplementary information to give the judges a clear understanding of what makes your development deserve a Fingal Dublin Chamber Business award.

The Swords based Architects firm, Whelan Corcoran Smith, was established in 1979 and has developed a reputation for superior client service and the ability to deliver on budget, however large or small a project may be.
