Buildings
and their surrounding grounds will be judged for
this category. The winning premise will have attractive,
well-designed and maintained buildings, surrounding
areas and access points. This category will be
judged by a panel of independent judges who will
measure:
- Exterior Design
- Maintenance
- Landscaping
- Layout and Quality of Fixtures and Fittings
- Use of materials
- Use of textures and colour
- The Overall Ambience of the external environment
- Empathy with the surrounding area
Entrants for this award are required to provide
a written submission outlining the answers to
a number of questions and include any plans/ photographs
and other supplementary information to give the
judges a clear understanding of what makes your
development deserve a Fingal Dublin Chamber Business
award.
